Tianjin XinMao Science& Technology Co., Ltd. signed the Equity Transfer Agreement between Tianjin XinMao Science& Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Weichuang Software Co., Ltd. on May 4th, 2018. The company will calculate and determine the transfer price of 10% equity of the transferred company based on the appraisal result given in the Appraisal Report issued by Shanghai CaiRui Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. on the shareholder equity of WeiChuang (Shanghai) Network Technology Co., Ltd. on the base date (March 31th, 2018). After the completion of this foreign investment, the company holds 10% of the equity of Weichuang Network.
