The 1st Member Meeting and the 1st Trade Union Member Election Meeting of Tianjin Futong Cable Technology Co., Ltd. Binhai New Area Branch was held in a meeting room on the first floor of the company on September 15, 2021. The all 60 members of the company participated in the meeting, and the representatives of the Trade Union leaders of Tianjin Futong Information Technology Co., Ltd. attended this meeting.

The Meeting began with the solemn sound of the national song. All members agreed the union election method and the list of candidates according to the established procedure. Five persons, Zhang Wei, Li Jianlin, Teng Yun, Zhao Yuanda and Zhang Shan were elected as the first trade union committee members through competitive election and three persons Han Guanghui, Yao Zongying and Li Yan were elected as the first trade union funds review committee members through uncompetitive election. At the same time, the responsibilities of the trade union committee were specified, and Women's Federation was established and the Federation members were recommended and confirmed. Wang Jianjun, General Manager of Tianjin Futong Cable Technology Co., Ltd. Binhai New Area Branch gives three opinions on the work of trade union, firstly enhancing service awareness based on practice, secondly, establishing good relationship between members, trade union and employees and thirdly enriching the employee life and establishing the corporate cultural image.

Subsequently, Futong Information Trade Union leaders expressed warm congratulations on the newly elected members, and put forward three suggestions for future work as below. Firstly, carrying out the work in accordance with national laws, regulations and trade union charters should integrate closely with the Party’s leadership, the fundamental interests of employees should integrate with the overall interests of the enterprise, serving employees and maintaining employees’ interests should integrate with production and enterprise operations education and guidance. Secondly, all employees should consciously improve ideological and moral quality, scientific and culture knowledge and work capability, abide by the company's rules and regulations, dedicated and strive for being an excellent employee. Thirdly, the new trade union committee must strengthen its own construction, take the initiative to cooperate with enterprises in professional ethics education, closely contact employees and masses, serve employees, down to earth, and solve the employee’s most concerned, most direct and most realistic problems.

The successful convening of this trade union committee election meeting is significant to promote the organization construction, enhance trade union vitality, and create a new situation in trade union work and promote comprehensive progress in the company's work.
