In September - the golden autumn, our subsidiary Shandong Futong Light Guide Science & Technology Co., Ltd. carried out the “Quality Month” activity with “Initiating a New Start by Setting up the Benchmark, Promoting Development by Exploring the Market with Quality” as the theme, in order to control quality, ensure growth and promote development. The company organized the persons concerned of all the departments to participate in the training for internal auditors on the quality, environment and occupational health management system, so as to keep pace with the new principle, new concept and new requirements, improve the suitability of the standard to integrate into the management, and realize added-value with quality.

The new edition of the quality, environment and occupational health safety management system has introduced the risk management, focuses on the plan-do-check action cycle (PDCA) and requires “the unity of knowing and doing”. Learning of the practical knowledge and method of / for operation management of the three systems, combination with total quality management (TQM) management and probing into the relation between the quality system and TQM may enhance the management ability in “Q (quality), C (cost), D (delivery), M (morale) and S (safety)”. By enhancing the suitability of the standard to integrate into the management and strengthening implementation of the files, it is to standardize and institutionalize management, so as to promote quality reform and innovation.
