For the purpose of carrying out the Party history study and education and encourage all party members to strengthen their beliefs, abide by their original aspirations, and take on proper responsibilities, 38 party members and probationary party members of Futong Information’s Party Branch went to Liubu Village No. 6, Xinkou Town, Xiqing District participated the theme party day activity of "re-tracing the Long March" on the morning of July 3.

All party members gathered at the Party-Mass Service Center of Liubu Village. During the event, all party members reviewed the oath to join the party and held a flag--awarding ceremony to kick off the Long March retracing. In the Red Culture Theme Expansion Park, the party members listened carefully to the narrator’s thrilling and touching stories of the Red Army on the Long March. They set foot on the journey to experience break-through of the three blockades, the Battle of Xiangjiang River, the Zunyi Meeting, the fly-over of the Luding Bridge, climbing the snow mountain and crossing the grassland, and other significant parts of the Red Army’s Long March, deeply understanding the Long March spirit.

Before the "Long March", the members solemnly swore an oath under the brightly colored party flag. When everyone raised their right hands again, clenched their fists tightly, and reviewed the oath, experiencing a baptism of their heart.

The length of the journey is about 3.5 kilometers, involving such strategic points as "Battle of Xiangjiang River", "Four Blockades", "Zunyi Meeting", "Flying over Luding Bridge", "Climbing Snow Mountain, Crossing Grassland", and "Victorious Meeting".

The commentator guided and explained, and the members visited each of the points (important battle sites during the Long March) and relived the touching stories in the Red Army's Long March. Everyone expressed their admiration for the fighting spirit of the Red Army soldiers who were fearless, persevering, and brave.

The footsteps of the Red Army's Long March and the spirit of going forward have been passed down from generation to generation. The spirit of the Long March has given new meanings in the new era, and it inspires us all the time. By the tracing activity, reviewing history, and reliving the spirit of the martyrs who were not afraid of difficulties, going forward bravely, and not afraid of sacrifice, the members were inspired and sublimated. We will never forget the original intention, and forge ahead!

The spirit of the Long March will always inspire us to overcome hardships and dangers, to be confident and self-improving, and achieve the goal of victory!
